don't judge me

i love college.
weird right?
i graduated with my associates in december last year and took the spring semester off to work.
i loved not going to school and if i had it my way i wouldn't have ever gone back to school and would have started the life of working full time.
but sadly i decided to go back to school.
the week i moved out i was DREADING school.
i love math so writing papers and reading is torture for me but i've decided to major in communication.
what was i thinking? that's all i'm going to do. but i actually like it... i don't know what's gotten into me.
the first week of school was the usual and i was pretty bummed because i didn't know my roommates yet.
but.
this week.
i love my classes.
its weird to actually pay attention in class and want to know more. i only thought that was possible in calculus. the only class i hate is my tech class. mainly because my teacher is a dinosaur and it feels like we're already half way through the semester in there with all the nonsense he's been talking about. but other than that i love my classes. today i went in and officially set up my minor. in two years i will have a Bachelor of Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing.
this is the real deal guys. i realized that once you decide you know what you're going to do, college is just extensive training for your dream job. its great.
i've made one friend at school so far. her name is abby and she's awesome. anyone that loves to shop would die over her outfits. she's beautiful. we're at the same spot in school and we have the same major so i hope i can take more classes with her while i'm at school.
another person i've met is my roommate sarah. we're not really "room"mates so i guess technically she's my "bathroom"mate. but who cares about titles. the other night we sat in the front room for 3 hours just talking. she's way nice and seems like she won't be completely weirded out by my craziness. she works at the hospital doing dialysis which i think is so cool. she wants to be a nurse in the nicu which is even cooler. i really think her and deanna will get along quite nicely.
speaking of deanna, i haven't seen her in over a week... i hate it. i miss her. and tyler. i wish they were going to school with me. then my life would be complete. but they're not so i guess i can settle on the little time that i do see them. but i miss them. like a ton.
well. wish me luck. i'm off to my next class!
p.s. i'm still looking for a job so if you live in orem and know of antyhing
let me know
