here's to you

have you ever had one of those days that puts you in one of the

"i-wish-i-was-her-and-so-much-cooler-than-i-really-am" moods?

 had one. 

it started with those cute little videos i posted earlier. 

i've always been obsessed with cute craftsy people that are killer good at taking pictures. 

i want to be one of those people someday. 

 i decided someday was today and tried to take some pictures. 

 that's when my day turned into a depressing one. 

i totally felt ugly and extremely untalented.

and then i asked myself. 

why am i trying to be someone else?

i have a boyfriend and he's totally cute.

i have some old pictures of me that could be considered cute.

and when i grow old and have time [and maybe money] i will be crafty. 

no need to throw myself under a bus.

and then i realized.

its new years. time for some resolutions.

i can become the awesome person i want to be.

here's my list.

read the Book of Mormon every day.

go to the temple once a week.

exercise at least 3 times a week.

[typical]

graduate from SLCC by December.

decide what i want to major in.

get a new job.

send Tyler on a mission.

completely clean out my closet.

learn how to take cute pictures.

maybe learn how to do videographs.

buy a sewing machine.

take more pictures.

and grow some eyelashes.

i feel like they are all pretty reasonable goals.

i have more but those are for my eyes only.

[[its not like anyone really reads my blog anyways...]]

but here's to you, 2012.

i'm coming for you. 

this is totally my year.
